Congratulations to QA Labs

One of our clients, Vancouver-based QA Labs, got acquired today by US Technology Resources Inc, a big IT services company (part of an even bigger conglomerate) with 3500 employees worldwide.
USTRI will be keeping all the QA Labs staff. I’m speculating here, but when you acquire a software QA company, you’re probably buying brains as opposed to intellectual property. Here’s the press release.

This is the second client of ours that’s been acquired in 2006. At this rate we’re going to be out of work by Christmas.
