Guardian Uses Flickr to Follow Election Campaign

On another newspaper related note, Boing Boing posted yesterday that forward thinking UK newspaper the Guardian is using Flickr to encourage readers to snap photos of PM Tony Blair, and other politicians, on the campaign trail. Branded the Blair Watch Project the newspaper has a communal Flickr account where anyone can post photos of the campaign via email. Guardian is often ahead of the pack, and this is likely the first use of Flickr by a newspaper, so kudos to them.
