Web Marketing
The following are some examples of how we've built online buzz for our clients.
QA Labs
We launched QA Podcast for QA Labs, a Vancouver software testing company. The objective was to increase QA Labs' online presence by providing a (nearly) marketing-free resource for quality assurance professionals. QA Labs staff do 20-minute interviews with software experts like James Bach or Kent Beck.
Since its inception in September, 2005, the site has attracted thousands of visitors and subscribers.
"What a great find! I've been in the QA business for over 15 years and enjoyed hearing the comments about outsourcing development and testing. Thanks again for such a provocative broadcast."

Cape Clear Software
Obviously, we're big believers in weblogs. Experience has shown that site visitors respond to the passion and authenticity that blogs--when done right--can offer. A visitor who is engaged by a blog is likelier to buy software from your organization, whether it's for $50 or $500,000.
We've launched sundry blogs for our clients--Annrai O'Toole's is typical. He's the CEO of Cape Clear Software, and he uses his blog as an occasional editorial or column, to comment on his industry and communicate with customers and partners.
Guardian Mobile Monitoring Systems
We have no illusions about the declining power of email newsletters. Spam and the software that prevents it combine with increasing email load to reduce the number
of people who open and click through your message.
That said, it's still a basic and important tool in our marketing arsenal. We encourage all of our clients to send out a newsletter regularly. Not only does it keep your company in regular touch with your users, but we've seen it directly result in increased sales.
We created this newsletter for Guardian, doing the initial template design and the ongoing writing activities. We use an email marketing application to send out the newsletters, manage the subscription lists and track results.
"From designing our template to writing compelling articles, Capulet created a well-written, targeted newsletter for our company. Guardian News is widely read by our subscribers, and we've received great feedback on the newsletter from our partners and colleagues."
